The panic at the Dark Heresy forums is that they’ll be closing up soon. That in mind, beyond Dark Reign and Warwiki are there other Dark Heresy Resources I should be looking up and/or posting on with this Space Marine stuff?

Games Workshop gets back some of my respect by not giving up so easily.

Within the next couple months I’ve budgeted a computer to replace the mongrel that’s currently lying inert in a corner of my apartment with a cooling fan problem. Only briefly have I experienced the enjoyment a console provides on a computer; Which means I’m going to intentionally buy a computer for use rather than entertainment. Questions I can’t really answer have arisen, however.

Anything can run Adobe Acrobat and surf the internet, but what I miss most not having a computer right now is my guitar amp and its toys. I’m no writer, but if I were to use a computer for composition work on Reason and as such as a sequencer and/or sampler, is there any hardware I must have or should make a seriously point of including on a computer? Teddy, I think I’m mostly asking you here.

I’ll mull the laptop/desktop arguments over more once I know more. I’d like it to be a laptop for space considerations now that I’ve seen how quickly 450 square feet get used up. I’m starting to get uses for portability, too.

Teddy never really hated the Eagle, as far as I could tell, but I couldn’t argue with him when he said it’s boring. While I’ll never hold it above the now retired F-14 Tomcat I love the F-15 for it’s no-nonsense approach to ass-kickery.

Hey Tom: Bullshee-att! Last night was possibly the best way to spit on each other’s faces for all the work the Pats put into the season. Going 18-1 but still winning the Superbowl is a great year. Getting the Wild Card slot and winning the Superbowl is a great year. You didn’t win the Superbowl. The only teams that had a worse year than you were the one’s that didn’t make the play-offs.
